Yonder began in 2008 with a single property, and a simple vision; fill a large gap in the luxury vacation rental market… and do it better than anyone else.
Asheville has always been a tourist destination, and as such, has an abundance of rental “cabins”, in remote mountain settings; but no one has focused on either the downtown area, or larger luxury homes.
